`DEFENDANT PAYRANGE LLC’S MOTION TO PARTIALLY LIFT STAY
`Defendant and Counterclaim-Plaintiff PayRange LLC (“PayRange”) respectfully moves
`to lift the stay, in part, allowing the case to proceed on the ’772 and ’608 patents—for which
`inter partes review institution was denied—while maintaining the stay on the ’920 and ’423
`patents during their pending post-grant reviews. The grounds for this motion are set forth in the
`accompanying opening brief filed contemporaneously herewith.
`Pursuant to District of Delaware Local Rule 7.1.1, counsel states that a reasonable effort
`was made to reach agreement with Plaintiff Alliance Laundry Systems LLC on the matters set
`forth herein, but no agreement was reached.
