`Delaware (the “Court”) granted Bayard, P.A.’s (“Bayard”) Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for

`denying in part your motion to dismiss the Second Amended Petition. As a result,
`your answer to the Second Amended Petition was due on February 19, 2018. We
`understand Petitioners will seek the Court to set a date certain for you to respond
`to the Second Amended Petition or seek to enter judgment against you by default.

`copies of that discovery to you by e-mail on April 13, 2018. Please be advised
`that under the Rules of the Court of Chancery, responses to such discovery are due
