`WHEREAS, the actions captioned Sbriglio v. Zuckerberg, C.A. No. 2018-

`0307-JRS (the “Sbriglio Action”), Construction & General Building Laborers’
`

`Local No. 79 v. Zuckerberg, C.A. No. 2020-0363-JRS (the “Local 79 Action”),
`
`Feuer v. Zuckerberg, C.A. 2019-0324-JRS (the “Feuer Action”), and Employees’
`
`Retirement System of Rhode Island v. Facebook, Inc., C.A. No. 2020-0085-JRS (the
`
`“Rhode Island Action”), are pending before this Court;
`
`WHEREAS, on October 28, 2020, plaintiffs in the Local 79 Action filed a
`
`Motion for Consolidation of Related Actions and Entry of a Briefing Schedule for
`
`Appointment of Lead Plaintiff(s) and Lead Counsel (the “Motion for
`
`Consolidation”);
`
`WHEREAS, the Motion for Consolidation seeks consolidation of the Local
`
`79 Action and the Sbriglio Action and a briefing schedule to appoint lead plaintiff(s)
`
`and lead counsel;
`
`WHEREAS, on October 29, 2020, Employees’ Retirement System of Rhode
`
`Island (“Rhode Island”) filed a Motion to Intervene and Oppose, In Part, Local 79
`
`Plaintiffs’ Motion for Consolidation of Related Actions and Entry of a Briefing
`
`Schedule for Appointment of Lead Plaintiff(s) and Lead Counsel (the “Rhode Island
`
`Motion to Intervene”); and
`
`WHEREAS, plaintiff in the Feuer Action filed his Motion to Intervene in the
`
`Sbriglio Action and Local 79 Action on December 16, 2020 (the “Feuer Motion to
`
`Intervene” and, together with the Motion for Consolidation and the Rhode Island
`
`Motion to Intervene, the “Motions”). The hearing on the Motions has been set by
`

`the Court for January 12, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. Counsel have conferred regarding and
`
`agreed to a briefing schedule for the Feuer Motion to Intervene;
`
`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and among the parties
`
`hereto, through their undersigned counsel, subject to the approval of the Court, that:

`Any response(s) to the Feuer Motion to Intervene shall be filed

`by December 23, 2020.
