`Re: GMF ELCM Fund L.P., et al. v. ELCM HCRE GP LLC, et al.,
`C.A. No. 2018-0840-SG
`
`Dear Vice Chancellor Glasscock:
`I am pleased to advise the Court that the settlement between my client,
`
`Objector Kyle Hagen, and the various other corporate and non-corporate parties to
`
`this litigation has been finalized and paid. Mr. Hagen respectfully withdraws his
`
`Objections to the Proposed Settlement.
`
`As the Court will recall, the Court conditionally approved the Proposed
`
`Settlement but set a provisional status conference for this Thursday, February 25,
`
`2021, at 1 p.m. to the extent that Mr. Hagen’s objection was not consensually
`
`addressed by that time. From Mr. Hagen’s standpoint, there is no need to take up
`
`the Court’s time on that date.
`
`We truly appreciate the Court’s assistance in resolving this matter.
