`Definitions
`
`“Communication” means every manner or means of disclosure, transfer, or
`exchange of information, whetherorally, by Document, face-to-face, by telephone,
`mail, electronic mail, short message service, multimedia message, text message,
`personal delivery, or otherwise.
`
`“Document” means the full scope of documents, electronically stored
`information, and all other things discoverable under the Court of Chancery Rules
`and is used in its broadest sense permissible thereunder.
`
`“Mobile” means (i) Mobile Investors, LLC and all affiliates of Mobile
`Investors, LLC, as well as all of the predecessors or successors of Mobile Investors,
`LLCor any such affiliate, (ii) all present or former officers, directors, employees,
`representatives, agents, attorneys, or accountants of, and all other people currently
`or formerly acting on behalf of or underthe direction or controlof, any ofthe entities
`described in clause(i).
`
`“Investco” means (i) Mobile Investments Investco, LLC andall affiliates of
`Mobile Investments Investco, LLC, as well as all of the predecessors or successors
`of Mobile Investments Investco, LLC orany suchaffiliate, (ii) all present or former
`officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, attorneys, or accountantsof,
`and all other people currently or formerly acting on behalf of or underthe direction
`or control of, any of the entities described in clause(i).
`
`“Voice Comm” means (i) Voice Comm, LLC andall affiliates of Voice
`Comm, LLC,as well as all of the predecessors or successors of Voice Comm, LLC
`or any such affiliate, (ii) all present or former officers, directors, employees,
`representatives, agents, attorneys, or accountants of, and all other people currently
`or formerly acting on behalf of or underthe direction or controlof, any ofthe entities
`described in clause(i).
