`On March 12" Davis, Bawenand Friedel sentin a meeting request to discuss proposed access road and service road to
`Route 1 for your properties 5-00-15 100-01-1300, S-00-15100-01-1400, 5-00-15100-01-1500, 5-00-15100-01-2000 & 5-
`00-15100-01-2001. Tom Felice responded to that request on March 18"and Informed your representatives that DelDo7
`was working with Kent County on a Master Plan in accordance requirements laid out by the Corridor Capacity
`Preservation Program, Drew Boyce asked me to reach aut to you today to let you know that wearestill holding internal
`meetings to discuss the access to Route 1, and that we would be reaching out to you and your representatives in the
`nearfuture to schedule a meeting to go over your site’s needs to use it as a starting point for the Master Plan
`process, !deally this will facilitate your access needs and help us move the process along for you faster than the 9 to 12
