`Motion for Status Quo Order Pending Appeal in the Delaware Supreme Court; and

`WHEREAS, the Delaware Supreme Court has notified Ms. Izzo that no

`further action shall be taken on the appeal until a supplemental notice of appeal is
`
`filed in accordance with Supreme Court Rule 42(d)(ii);
`
`IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that:
