`I, R. Eric Hacker, a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the State of
`Delaware (“Movant”), pursuant to Court of Chancery Rule 170(b), hereby move for
`the admission pro hac vice of Lauren M. Papenhausen , Esquire, as attorney for
`Plaintiffs Vortex Management Aggregator, LP, Vortex HoldCo LLC and Vortex
`Companies, LLC in the above-captioned action. In support thereof, I represent that
`to the best of my knowledge and belief Lauren M. Papenhausen is a member of the
`Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with an office located at White & Case,
`LLP, 75 State Street, Boston, MA 02109-1814. Lauren M. Papenhausen is and has
`been a member in good standing of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
