`I write to request that the Court perfect service, pursuant to 10
`Del. C. § 3114 (“Section 3114”) upon the individual defendants in the above-
`captioned action. Section 3114 provides, among other things, that the Register
`in Chancery will serve process by registered mail to the individual defendants
`at both their residence address and the corporation’s principal place of
`business within seven (7) days of service upon the corporation’s registered
`agent.
`Service upon the defendants was accomplished by special process
`server upon the registered agent of Wm. Wrigley, Jr. Company (“Wrigley”) on
`May 12, 2008. After diligent effort, we have been unable to ascertain the
`residential addresses of the individual defendants listed below. Accordingly,
`plaintiff respectfully requests that the Register in Chancery perfect service
`upon the below-named individual defendants by registered mail, on or before
`May 19, 2008, to Wrigley’s principal place of business:
`
