`there -- this is a report by Mediabase on adds for

` And what is the first item on it?
` A. Beyonce, Run the World.
` Q. So this is the same item that is referred to
`on the invoice 250. Isn't that correct?

`consulting, and Mediabase has it as an add?
` A. I remember this, because this happened around
`midnight, and I was getting ready to go away with my son.
`And I ended up -- I was doing music at home, because I
`had to preschedule the station for the weeks that I was
`gone. And what I ended up doing is, I didn't have a
`current backup for QC Communications at home, but I had
`one for Q Media. So what I did temporarily was put it on
`Q Media, but I didn't send out the bill particularly to
`anyone. It didn't -- it didn't go out. But upon my

` Q. And you caused that to happen, I take it you
`acknowledge, you caused that to happen for all of them?

` Q. So you are using the facilities of the station
`on the behalf of a transaction that was a Q Media
`transaction?

`station billing system would have been a revised one of
`these for QC Communications so that the station would get

`What's the transaction that you are describing as getting
`credit for it?
` A. So I'm going to try to explain this the best
`way I can.
` Q. Well, start with this. Start with this,
`Mr. Quartarone, if you can. An invoice is prepared here
`for $3,400, and one way or the other, either as a result
`of that invoice or as a result of a telephone call,
`Mr. Ventour sends you a check for $3,400, which is

`the same exact products. And then if there was an order
`for me as consultant, I would tell him to pay QC instead.

`straightened out what was obviously a transaction that
`was -- in which the funds should have gone to WJKS, but
`instead went to Q Media, the way you straightened that
`out was on a subsequent transaction in which you were
`consulting, you simply told Mr. Ventour, pay the money to
`QC, don't pay it to me, even though I'm doing the
`consulting, because I messed up on some other billing?
`Is that the way it would play out?
` A. He would have a double bill of the same
`artist, only from two different companies, and that's
`documented in several e-mails, to reconcile his account,
`which has been provided.
` Q. But I just want to get clear the understanding
`of how you straightened out -- this is another
`transaction in which you say that Q Media really
`wasn't -- you acknowledge Q Media wasn't really entitled
`to the money?
` A. That's right.

`described as a credit, you are telling us, is that you
`told Mr. Ventour down the road to pay QC for something
`that you were doing for him. Is that correct?
` A. Yeah. Because there were projects every
`single day. Every single day they would call us. And it
`wasn't that far away. It would have been within two or

`shareholder's agreement. Nothing prohibiting me from

` Q. When you were making this adjustment, then,

` Q. That would match up to these transactions?
` A. Correct.

`invoices that you regard as part of this credit

`no money was due for that. But on this half, even though

`on that QC bill that would advise Mr. Ventour?
` A. Yes.
` Q. What would it say?
` A. Exactly what I just said. The billing above
`was misappropriated to Q Media. The projects above are
`what you're actually paying for. The titles below would
`have been for Q Media, but to offset that, please pay the
`following artists, and it would have a QC Communications
`invoice on top.
