`WHEREAS, on May 6, 2025, the Court entered an Order to Show Cause
`Status pursuant to Court of Chancery Rule 41(e) in the above-captioned matter (File
`& ServeXpress Tr. No. 76219732; the “Order to Show Cause Status”);
`
`WHEREAS, the Receiver has filed a Response and Motion to vacate the Order
`to Show Cause Status, which Response and Motion outlines undocketed
`receivership activity during the past year and legal authorities and argument
`supporting the proposition that the above-captioned liquidation proceedings should
`remain open; and
`
`WHEREAS, since the May 6, 2025, Order to Show Cause Status was entered,
`the Receiver has also filed the Ninth Accounting (2023; Tr. 76324943), the Tenth
`Accounting (2024; Tr. 76361540), and a Motion for a Second Class II Administrative
`Expense Early Access Disbursement of up to $15,000,000 for Participating
`
`Guaranty Associations (Tr. 76406299),
`
`NOW, THEREFORE, the Court having duly considered the Receiver’s
`
`Response and Motion to the Order to Show Cause Status, and for good cause shown,
`

`IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as of the day this Order is docketed in the above-
`captioned matter, that:
`
`1. The Motion to Vacate the May 6, 2025, Order to Show Cause Status is
`hereby GRANTED.
`

`
