`motion to continue. Counsel has inadvertently scheduled this matter on a datethat I will be

`out ofthe jurisdiction. My daughter’s is getting married on April 19 and I am scheduled to
`
`leave on the 17" of April. We had a problem with the eventlocation; So we had to change the
`
`date.
`
`I unfortunately forgot to change the date in mycourt schedule. Counsel has attempted
`
`to contact the assistant assignedto this matter. Asofthis writing, I have not gotten a response.
`
`Undersigned respectfully requests this matter be continued. This motion is proffered
`
`forthwith, no one will be prejudiced by thisfiling.
