`The Court having received a report from the preliminary screening examination of the defendant,
`any argumentsby the parties, and any other information available to the Court, the Court finds
`further examination is necessary for defendant to proceed with this matter.

`WHEREFORE,it is hereby, this 26th day of February, 2024,

`ORDEREDthat the defendant shall submit to a full competence examination by a psychiatrist or
`psychologist affiliated with the Department of Mental Health, pursuant to D.C. Code §24-531.03(c)
`(4)(B); andit is,

`FURTHER ORDEREDthat a full competence examination shall be conducted

`the Courthouse cellblock or [-] DCJail if the Defendantis detained.

`be conducted on an inpatient basis, and the defendant is committed to Saint Elizabeth’s Hospital for
`the purpose of such examination;andit is

`FURTHER ORDEREDthatthis matter is set for a status hearing on report from the Department
`of Mental Health concerning the defendant’s competence on 04/10/2024, (If inpatient examination,
`or if defendantis detained, 30 days, plus a possible 15 day extension,if good cause shown;if
`outpatient examination, 45 days).
