`On May 5, 2016, Rio Grande LNG, LLC (“RGLNG”) filed an application with the Federal Energy
`Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) for authorization pursuant to Section 3(a) of the Natural Gas
`Act (“NGA”) to site, construct, and operate a natural gas liquefaction facility and liquefied natural
`gas (“LNG”) export terminal in Cameron County, Texas, along the north embankment of the
`Brownsville Ship Channel (the “Rio Grande LNG Terminal”). Concurrent with the RGLNG
`application, Rio Bravo Pipeline Company, LLC (“RBPL”) filed an application for authorization
`pursuant to Section 7(c) of the NGA to construct, own, and operate an associated pipeline system
`within the state of Texas to provide gas feedstock to the terminal (the “Rio Bravo Pipeline” and
`together with the Rio Grande LNG Terminal, the “Rio Grande LNG Project”). On November 22,
`2019, FERC issued an order authorizing the construction and operation of the Rio Grande LNG
`Project.
`
`Rio Grande LNG, LLC (“RGLNG”) hereby submits for filing in the above-referenced docket
`information responsive to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (“FERC”) January 8,
`2020 data request.
`
`Pursuant to Rule 388.112 of the FERC’s regulations, 18 C.F.R. § 388.112, we request that the
`information attached be treated as Privileged and Confidential (“PRIV”) and not released to the
`public. The attached information that contain PRIV have been labelled “CUI//PRIV - DO NOT
