`On April 18, 2019, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“Commission”) issued its “Order
`Granting Authorization under Section 3 of the Natural Gas Act” in the above-referenced docket
`(the “Order”). The Order authorizes Port Arthur LNG, LLC (“Port Arthur LNG” or “PALNG”) to
`construct and operate its Liquefaction Project (“Project”) subject to the conditions listed in
`Appendix A of the Order. Construction of the project began in November 2019 and is ongoing.
`
`In today’s submittal, Port Arthur LNG is providing documentation to install the balance of the
`ISBL and OSBL electrical lighting design not previously approved via FERC Accession No.
`20250606-3059. PALNG is providing a response to the Conditions relevant to the scope of this
`request as further described below.
`
`PALNG respectfully requests FERC to review this package and issue approval to install the
`balance of the ISBL and OSBL electrical lighting design on or before September 19, 2025, in order
`to facilitate PALNG’s construction scheduling efforts.
`

`Arthur LNG is submitting a public version of this filing, with the privileged material redacted. The
`privileged material has been labeled accordingly and is not to be released. Port Arthur LNG
`previously filed a proposed form of Protective Order and Non-Disclosure Certificate in this
`proceeding on November 29, 2016.

`Port Arthur LNG acknowledges that the Director of OEP, or the Director’s designee, has delegated
`authority to address any requests for approvals or authorizations necessary to carry out the
`conditions of the Order, and take whatever steps are necessary to ensure the protection of life,
`health, property, and the environment during construction and operation of the project.
