`On November 22, 2019, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC” or “Commission”) issued an Order
`
`Issuing Authority Under Section 3 and Section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act (“NGA”) (“Order”) granting the
`
`necessary authorization to Corpus Christi Liquefaction Stage III, LLC (“CCL Stage III”) and Cheniere Corpus
`
`Christi Pipeline, L.P. (“CCPL”) for the construction and operation of the Corpus Christi Stage 3 Project
`
`(“Project”). The Order authorizes expansion of the existing Sinton Compressor Station (authorized in FERC
`
`Docket CP12-508-000) via installation of two (2) Solar Titan 130E compressor units.
`
`Construction of Sinton Compression Unit No. 1 (“Unit No. 1”) commenced on February 24, 2020. In accordance
`
`with Condition No. 12 of the Order, CCPL filed a request on December 1, 2020 seeking authorization to place
`
`Unit No. 1 and associated facilities into service. On December 9, 2020, CCPL filed supplemental information
`
`requested by FERC staff. This filing is a follow up to the supplement demonstrating progress towards completion
`
`of construction of Unit No. 1. CCPL affirms that continuing activities will be consistent with all applicable
`
`conditions. CCPL requests this authorization at the earliest time possible, but no later than December 28, 2020.
