`Re: Cheniere Corpus Christi Pipeline, L.P.
`Docket No. CP18-513-000
`Final Post-Construction Quarterly Site Stabilization Progress Report for July – September 2021
`
`
`Dear Ms. Bose:
`
`On November 22, 2019, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) issued an Order Issuing Authority
`under Section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act (“NGA”) (“Order”) granting the necessary authorization to Corpus
`Christi Liquefaction Stage III, LLC (“CCL Stage III”) and Cheniere Corpus Christi Pipeline, L.P. (“CCPL”) for
`the construction and operation of the Corpus Christi Stage 3 Project (“Project”). CCPL received authorization to
`commence construction of Sinton Compressor Unit No. 1 via Delegated Order on January 17, 2020. On January
`26, 2021, CCPL placed Unit No.1 of the Sinton Compressor Station expansion in service.
`Section VII.B.2 of the FERC Upland Erosion Control, Revegetation, and Maintenance Plan states that quarterly
`reports shall be filed with FERC documenting results of revegetation efforts. CCPL is herein submitting its
`quarterly site stabilization progress report for the period of July – September 2021.
`Site stabilization, including final grading, rock installation, asphalting on interior roads/driveways, and seeding
`are complete. All work was conducted in accordance with the FERC Plan and Procedures on previously disturbed
`land within the fence line of the operational Sinton Compressor Station facility. To this end, CCPL proposes that
`the attached report be considered the final quarterly report associated with construction of Sinton Compressor
`Unit No. 1.
`Should you have any questions about this filing, please feel free to contact the undersigned at (713) 375-5000.
`
`Thank you,

`FERC Docket No. CP18-513-000
`
`
`1.0 Executive Summary
`
`On November 22, 2019, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) issued an Order Issuing
`Authority under Section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act (“NGA”) (“Order”) granting the necessary
`authorization to Corpus Christi Liquefaction Stage III, LLC (“CCL Stage III”) and Cheniere Corpus Christi
`Pipeline, L.P. (“CCPL”) for the construction and operation of the Corpus Christi Stage 3 Project
`(“Project”). The Order authorizes expansion of the existing Sinton Compressor Station (authorized in
`FERC Docket CP12-508-000). CCPL submitted an Implementation Plan and supplemental information
`requesting authorization to proceed with site preparation and construction activities associated with
`Unit 1 of the Sinton Compressor Station expansion on January 10, 2020 and January 16, 2020,
`respectively. CCPL received Notice to Proceed with construction at the Sinton Compressor Station site
`on January 17, 2020. On January 26, 2021, CCPL placed Unit No.1 of the Sinton Compressor Station
`expansion in service.
`
`Section VII.B.2 of the FERC Upland Erosion Control, Revegetation, and Maintenance Plan (“Plan”) states
`that quarterly reports shall be filed with FERC documenting results of revegetation efforts.
`
`This report covers revegetation activities associated with the Sinton Compressor Station Expansion
`Project occurring during the period of July - September 2021. As reported in the Final Bi-weekly
`Construction Progress Report, dated March 3, 2021, CCPL completed site stabilization, including final
`grading, rock installation, and asphalting on interior roads/driveways except for one area that was
`seeded. The purpose of seeding this area was to vegetate and stabilize a portion of the permitted
`operational workspace. As such, this was not restoration of a temporary workspace to preconstruction
`conditions. Since the operational Sinton Compressor Station facility was stabilized with permanent
`surface, this report focuses only on the seeded area of the Sinton Compressor Station expansion.
