`
`I’m deeply concerned about the unchecked expansion of fossil fuel infrastructure projects around the country. I’m
`even more concerned about the blatant disregard for rules, procedure, and evidence regarding the looming
`ecological disaster that is the Mountain Valley Pipeline.
`
`U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services Biological Opinion and Incidental Take Statement was inadequate and needs to be
`rejected! Issuing a Biological Opinion on Day 1 of a 45 day period is an insult that flies in the face of expected due
`diligence and the spirit of the regulations governing energy projects.
`
`We need to stand up to the fossil fuel industry once and for all. They’ve rigged the system in their favor, buying
`political power and political cronies to skirt regulations, expand their bottom line, and pump pollutants into our land,
`lungs, and livelihoods.
`
`We ask that FERC reject the Biological Opinion and Incidental Take Statement and send the Mountain Valley
`Pipeline back to the drawing board!
