`On June 17, 2021, Driftwood Pipeline LLC (“DWPL”) filed an Application pursuant to
`Section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act, and in accordance with Parts 157 and 284 of the
`Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (“Commission” or “FERC”) regulations,
`requesting that the Commission issue a certificate of public convenience and
`necessity under Part 157, Subpart A of the Commission’s regulations, and related
`approvals, authorizing DWPL to construct, own, operate, and maintain the Line 200
`and Line 300 Project (“Project”). The Project involves the construction of dual 42-inch-
`diameter natural gas pipelines, an approximate 211,200 horsepower electric
`compressor station, and appurtenant facilities, to be located in Beauregard and
`Calcasieu Parishes, Louisiana.
`
`On March 9, 2022, the FERC issued an Environmental Information Request (“EIR”) in the
`above-referenced dockets requesting additional information to assist in the analysis of
`the certificate application. On March 23, 2022, DWPL filed initial responses to the EIR.
`DWPL is herein submitting for filing additional information to the Commission’s request.
`
`Pursuant to Section 388.113 of the Commission’s regulations, DWPL requests that the
`information submitted in Volume II be considered Critical Energy Infrastructure
`Information. In this regard, DWPL has marked the contents of Volume II “CUI/CEII –
`CRITICAL ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE INFORMATION – DO NOT RELEASE.” Questions
