`The Board met on March 1, 2022 in regular session and the Notice of Intent to prepare
`and Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed CP@ LNG and CP Express Project,

`Request for Comments on Environmental Issues, and Schedule for Environmental
`Review was considered.

`The Board and President of the West Calcasieu Port expressed no environmental
`concernsat this time, assuming the project followsall existing laws and regulations.
