`
`On December 2, 2021, Venture Global CP2 LNG, LLC and Venture Global CP Express,
`LLC (together, the “Applicants”) filed in these proceedings, pursuant to Sections 3 and 7 of the
`Natural Gas Act, as amended, and Parts 153 and 157 of the regulations of the Federal Energy
`Regulatory Commission (“Commission”) respectively, a joint application for authorization to
`construct, install, own, operate, and maintain new liquefied natural gas facilities located in
`Cameron Parish, Louisiana, and related pipeline facilities in Louisiana and east Texas
`(collectively, the “CP2 LNG and CP Express Project” or “Project”).
`
`On April 27, 2023, the Commission Staff issued an Engineering Information Request
`
`(“EIR”) in the above-captioned dockets, requesting additional information to assist Commission
`Staff in its analysis of the Application. Attached please find the Applicants’ response to the EIR.
`The responses are filed under oath by the individuals identified as the respondents to each request.
`Outstanding information to the requests will be filed at a later date.
`
`This filing is submitted in two Volumes. Volume I contains public information and consists
`
`solely of this transmittal letter. Volume II contains vendor and design information that is privileged
`and confidential (“Privileged”). The undersigned requests, pursuant to 18 C.F.R. § 388.112, that
`the information in Volume II not be released to the public. All Privileged materials has been
