`Response to Data Requests of August 28, 2025 re: Volume 22
`
`Dear Secretary Reese:
`
`On December 2, 2021, Venture Global CP2 LNG, LLC (CP2 LNG) and Venture Global CP
`Express, LLC (CP Express) submitted for filing, pursuant to Sections 3 and 7 of the Natural Gas Act, as
`amended, and Parts 153 and 157 of the regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
`(Commission), an application for authorization to construct, install, own, operate and maintain certain
`liquefied natural gas facilities located in Cameron Parish, Louisiana and related pipeline facilities in
`Louisiana and east Texas (Project).
`
`On June 27, 2024, the Commission issued an order authorizing CP2 LNG and CP Express to
`construct and install certain facilities that comprise the Project (the “Order”).
`
`On July 5, 2024, CP2 LNG and CP Express submitted the Implementation Plan (IP) for the CP2
`LNG Terminal (Terminal) and the CP Express pipeline facilities (Pipeline System) required under
`Environmental Condition No. 6 of the Appendix to the Order.
`
`On June 13, 2025, CP2 LNG submitted Volume 22 of the Implementation Plan, which requested
`approval to commence installation of the LNG Storage Tanks for the Terminal.
`
`On August 28, 2025, Commission Staff requested additional information regarding Volume 22.
`CP2 LNG hereby submits responses to those data requests.
`
`CP2 LNG requests that, pursuant to Sections 388.112 and 388.113 of the Commission’s
`regulations, the information in the responses and Attachments be treated as both privileged and
`confidential and as Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII) and withheld from public disclosure.
`This information contains proprietary information from CP2 LNG and its third-party consultants that is
`customarily treated as privileged and confidential, disclosure of which could result in commercial and
`competitive harm to CP2 LNG and its consultants. This information is also detailed design information,
`the disclosure of which could adversely impact safety and security. Accordingly, the information in the
`responses and Attachments are labelled “CUIL/CEII/PRIV”.
`
`Pursuant to 18 C.F.R. § 385.2010, the public portion of this filing is being served on each person
`on the official service list for this proceeding.
