`Implementation Plan for the CP2 LNG Terminal
`Volume 6 – Piles – Liquefaction Blocks 1-13 and Associated Structures –
`Supplement 1
`
`
`Dear Secretary Reese:
`
`On December 2, 2021, Venture Global CP2 LNG, LLC (CP2 LNG) and Venture Global CP
`Express, LLC (CP Express) submitted for filing, pursuant to Sections 3 and 7 of the Natural Gas Act, as
`amended, and Parts 153 and 157 of the regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
`(Commission), an application for authorization to construct, install, own, operate and maintain certain
`liquefied natural gas facilities located in Cameron Parish, Louisiana and related pipeline facilities in
`Louisiana and east Texas (Project).
`
`On June 27, 2024, the Commission issued an order authorizing CP2 LNG and CP Express to
`construct and install certain facilities that comprise the Project (the “Order”).
`
`On July 5, 2024, CP2 LNG and CP Express submitted the Implementation Plan (IP) for the CP2
`LNG Terminal (Terminal) and the CP Express pipeline facilities (Pipeline System) required under
`Environmental Condition No. 6 of the Appendix to the Order.
`
`On October 25, 2024, CP2 LNG filed Volume 6 – Liquefaction Blocks 1-13 and Associated
`Structures.
`
`CP2 LNG is now submitting supplemental information for Volume 6.
`
`CP2 LNG requests that, pursuant to Sections 388.112 and 388.113 of the Commission’s
`regulations, the information in the narrative portion of the filing be treated as both privileged and
`confidential and as Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII), and withheld from public
`disclosure. This information contains proprietary information from CP2 LNG and CP Express and their
`third-party consultants that is customarily treated as privileged and confidential, disclosure of which could
`result in commercial and competitive harm to CP2 LNG and its consultants. This information is also
`detailed design information, the disclosure of which could adversely impact safety and security.
`Accordingly, the information in the narrative portion is labelled “CUI//CEII/PRIV”.
