`Pursuant Rule 508(e) of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's Rules of
`Practice and Procedure' and Your Honor’s comments during prehearing conferences on
`September 6, 20127 and April 16, 2013, Shell Energy North America (US), L.P. (Shell
`Energy) (fk/a Coral Power, LLC (Coral)) and the City of Seattle stipulate concemning
`sales by Coral to the City of Seattle during the period January 1, 2000 to June 20, 2001:

`Coral sold power to Seattle pursuant to two contracts:

`Under the monthly, off-peak contract, Coral was obligated to provide 25 MW of
`power each day of the month of April 2001 during off-peak hours (HE 1-6 and 23-24),
`except for Sundays when Coral was obligated to provide 25 MW for each and every hour.
`Coral provided a total of 7,975 MW and charged Seattle a total of $2,193,125 under the
`monthly, off-peak contract.
`
`Under the daily, off-peak contract, Coral was obligated to provide 25 MW of
`power during off-peak hours on May 10, 2001. Coral provided a total of 200 MW and
`charged Seattle a total of $53,000 under the daily, off-peak contract.
`
`All of the sales described herein occurred in the Pacific Morthwest,
`
