`On June 13, 2016, PJM Transmission Owners filed a motion for extension of time
`(Motion) to comply with the directives in the Commission’s April 21, 2016 Order,1 which
`addressed Northern Indiana Public Service Company’s requested reforms to the
`interregional transmission planning process of the Joint Operating Agreement between
`Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. and PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. PJM
`Transmission Owners request an extension until 30 days after the Commission issues its
`order on the pending motions for clarification of the Commission’s April 21, 2016 Order.
`PJM Transmission Owners state that the extension is needed because the outstanding
`motions for clarification of the April 21, 2016 Order bring into question the scope and
`specific compliance directives of the April 21, 2016 Order.

`Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that the PJM Transmission Owners’
`Motion is denied.
