`Norway City Council Resolution 2014-33, which urges the Commissionto reverseits
`recent acceptance of the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s (MISO)
`proposed System Support Resource cost allocation tariff.
`
`Several parties, including local mining companies, the Michigan Public Service
`Commission, the Wisconsin Public Service Commission, and MISO, have submitted
`filings to the Commission regarding the costs associated with maintaining operations at
`the Presque Isle Power Plant. Given that these filings are pending before the
`Commission, I cannot discuss the merits of the matter. Nonetheless, please be assured
`that my colleagues at the Commission andI will give the filings full and fair
`consideration in a timely manner.
