`Invenergy Nelson LLC (â(cid:128)(cid:156)Invenergy Nelson â(cid:128)(cid:157)) and Lackawanna Energy Center LLC
`(â(cid:128)(cid:156)Lackawanna â(cid:128)(cid:157)) own and operate natural gasfired generation projects located
`within the footprint of PJM Interconnection L.L.C. and actively participate in
`the PJM capacity market. Therefore, they have a direct and substantial interest
`in this proceeding that cannot be adequately represented by any other party.
`Invenergy Nelson and Lackawanna therefore respectfully request that the
`Commission grant their motion to intervene in this proceeding.
