`(“0HAM”), 276FED WHAM8 SOLAR, LLC (“276FED”), and Clearway Power Marketing LLC (“CPM”).
`However, her positions are not currently interlocking because, as of the date of this filing, CPM is the only public
`utility within the meaning of the Federal Power Act (“FPA”) in which Ms. Wooley holds an officer position. Each
`of 0HAM and 276FED have filed applications for market-based rate authorization under Section 205 of the FPA,
`requesting that its proposed market-based rate tariff be allowed to become effective on August 14, 2021. See 0HAM

`subsidiary of Clearway Energy Group LLC (“Clearway Energy”). Through various subsidiaries,

`Clearway Energy owns wind, solar, and thermal generation as well as distributed and community
`
`solar-powered generation, with certain of Clearway Energy’s interests in generation facilities
`
`owned through its interests in Clearway Energy, Inc.
