`Eagle Creek Hydro Power, LLC is filing with the Commission, a plan and schedule for the
`upcoming 2022 Emergency Action Plan Tabletop and Functional exercises. The dates for the
`exercises have been chosen with the participating stakeholders’ availability in mind and have
`been determined with the goal of fostering the greatest participation possible. After careful
`consideration, the Tabletop Exercise is scheduled to take place virtually, on Wednesday,
`September 28, 2022 beginning at 9:00 am Eastern Time with the Functional Exercise taking
`place virtually, on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 beginning at 11:00 am Eastern Time. Agendas
`will be distributed prior to the dates of the events.
`Participants will be encouraged to bring their copy of the Emergency Action Plan to the virtual
`meetings, however, a copy of the most current Emergency Action Plan dated January 2022,
`will be available to participants in the resources section for these exercises. The objectives of
`these exercises are to verify the notification process, demonstrate incident classification and
`decision-making strategies, review potential mitigation efforts and coordination, create an
`understanding of the EAP responsibilities, demonstrate responsibility for public notification
`and evacuation, and to revise and enhance the EAP.
`Although FERC participation is not mandatory, we respectfully request the presence of a FERC
`representative to participate in each of these exercises. A formal, virtual invitation will be
`emailed to Mr. Vaikunthan Navaratnam with the assumption that this invitation will be
`forwarded to the appropriate FERC personnel upon receipt.
