`This letter presents updates on Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) efforts to address
`outstanding independent consultant (IC) recommendations from the eleventh Part 12D safety
`inspection reports for Crane Valley and Manzanita Dams, which are part of the Crane Valley
`Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 1354. This letter
`also provides supporting information for IC recommendations that have been addressed and
`requests extensions of time to address recommendations that are not yet resolved.

` summary table listing the subject IC recommendations, along with the status of PG&E’s
`efforts and updated schedules to address the recommendations, where applicable, is enclosed
`with this letter (Enclosure 1).
