`This letter is in regards to Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) quarterly
`
`meetings with you and your staff per the Water Resources Development Act
`(WRDA) Assistance Agreement between The Department of Parks and Recreation and
`Pacific Gas and Electric Company. These meetings allow PG&E staff to discuss the
`status of projects and exchange additional project-related information, as needed. Some
`of the projects discussed may be Commission undertakings where we have delegated
`authority to PG&E pursuant to 36 CFR 800.2(c)(4).

`We have no objection to PG&E discussing the status of these projects with you
`during these meetings. We understand that the Commission remains legally responsible
`for all findings and determinations. If you have any questions regarding this matter,
