`This letter presents an update to Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) schedule of planned
`outages in 2026. Dewatering is required at the Balch 1 and 2 Powerhouse Penstock which is part
`of PG&E’s Balch Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 175.
`PG&E submitted the 2025 outage schedule to FERC on October 29, 2024. The update includes
`moving two-unit October 2025 outages to January of 2026 and one unit June 2025 outage to
`February of 2026.

`The outage schedule update reflects the need for pre outage work, project design, and material
`procurement. This routine maintenance outage will follow the previously executed procedures that
`have been coordinated with your office.
`
`Please note that this schedule is subject to change based on weather, staffing schedules, water
`conditions, and other factors that may be beyond PG&E's control. PG&E will inform FERC staff of
`all schedule changes that affect the planned outage.
`
