`submitted with your December 27, 1988, transmittal letter and was
`prepared to conform to the FERC's EAP cCuidel ines £hat wWere i=suoed
`on February 22, 1988, and revised on September 9, 1958,
`
`Thank you for your timely submittal. Two copies of the EAP
`have been forwarded to our Division of Dam Safety and Inspections
`(D251) Office in Washington, D.C. You will be notified of the
`results of our review at a later date.

`Commission's dam safety program iz appreciated.
