`Dear Mr. Livingston:

`Enclosed is a CD containing copies of the Commission’s 2012 dam
`safety/operation inspection reports for the projects listed in Table | of the enclosure,
`which were requested by PG&E’s email correspondence dated January 22, 2013, Also
`inspected in 2012 were the projects listed in Table 2 of the enclosure. However, the
`reports for those projects have not yet been finalized by the Commission, and will be
`forwarded at a later date.

`These inspection reports are classified as Critical Energy Infrastructure
`Information {CEII) in accordance with Commission Order No. 630, 102 FERC § 61,190
`(2003). The public may seek access to these reports through the CEII procedures found
`in Title 18, Section 388.113 of the Code of Federal Regulations (18 CFR 388.113).
`
`PG&E is a unique member of the public with special interest in this information,
`as it is the owner/operator of the referenced projects. As a project owner/operator whose
`facilities are intended to be protected from terrorist attacks by Order No. 630, one can
`fairly assume that PG&E will treat any sensitive information contained in the reports in
`the same way that the Commission would. Therefore, PG&E may receive these reports
`

`outside of the CEII process. Please call Mr. John Wiegel at (415) 369-3336 for
`- instructions for opening the reports.
