`July 29, 2019 filing regarding the transfer of the Lower Klamath Project to the KRRC,
`The filing provides information requested by the Commission that includes an updated
`cost estimate, as well as information on insurance and contingency reserves associated
`with the removal of four main stem dams on the Klamath River.
