`Dear Ms. Powell:
`
`This is in response to a letter dated April 29, 2015 from Mr. Richard Doble
`providing a summary and proposed schedule for completion of a number of outstanding
`geology and seismicity items for the projects and dams shown on the Enclosure. These
`items stem primarily from Part 12D Independent Consultant recommendations and
`
`related Commission comments. We have reviewed the submittal, and we have the
`following comments:
`
`1. The proposed plan and schedule for completing the outstanding items is
`acceptable.
`
`2. The proposed completion dates for most, if not all of the outstanding items, is tied
`to the Commission acceptance of a PG&E's proposed ground motions
`methodology or a proposed date no later than December 31* of a year between
`2016 - 2020. The schedules for the items shown on Enclosure A of Mr. Doble’s
`
`letter should be reviewed and updated on an annual or more frequent basis until all
`the items are completed.
