`Pursuant to FERC Chapter VI: Emergency Action Plans (revised July 2015) Section 6-2.2.6,
`Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) has completed the 2023 Annual Status Report for
`Emergency Action Plans (EAP) for the following Federal Regulatory Energy Commission
`(FERC) projects: Pit 3,4,5 Project No. 233-3, Pit 3,4,5 Project No. 233-5, Battle Creek
`Project No. 1121, McCloud Pit Project No. 2106, Hat Creek 1&2 Project No. 2661 and Pit 1
`Project No. 2687. The report is attached to this letter in enclosure 1. The dams covered in
`this status report are provided in enclosure 2.
`
`PG&E has reviewed and hereby concurs with the content of enclosure 1, which was
`prepared on behalf of PG&E by a consultant.
