`Monitoring Report (DSSMR) for the subject hydroelectric project and the updated 2021 Dam Safety
`Surveillance and Monitoring Plan (DSSMP). The DSSMR covers the monitoring period from January
`1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. The updated DSSMP incorporates all outstanding comments and
`recommendations, including those listed in the 2019 DSSMR and in the Commission’s letter dated
`March 17, 2021.
