`the Penobscot Mills Hydroelectric Project (No. 2458) (collectively referred to as the “Projects”), herein is
`providing notification of the opportunity for stakeholders to participate in the upcoming Operations Model Study
`Technical Workshop via a virtual option.

`Operations Model Technical Workshop
`
`Consistent with the previous notices regarding the workshop, the workshop will be held in-person at the Maine
`Department of Environmental Protection (MDEP) Office located at 106 Hogan Road, Suite 6 (3rd Floor) in
`Bangor, Maine over two consecutive days, on January 31 and February 1, 2024.
`
`Given the purpose, format, and duration of the workshop (i.e., educate the relicensing participants on the
`technical aspects of the operations model), GLHA continues to recommend that stakeholders attend the
`workshop in person, and hopes that those individuals who have indicated that they will attend the meeting in
`person will do so in lieu of attending the workshop virtually.
`
`In order to plan accordingly, GLHA respectfully requests stakeholders who plan on attending the
`workshop in person or virtually RSVP by contacting Cate Russell at Cate.Russell@hdrinc.com or (207)
`239-3792 at your earliest convenience but no later than January 26, 2024.
