`On June 17, 2021, Ms. Kelly Owens conducted a dam safety inspection of the Messalonske/
`Snow Pond Development of the Messalonskee Project. The inspection occurred during the
`8th Part 12D Independent Consultant Inspection. The assistance provided by you and your
`representatives during the inspection is greatly appreciated. We have no follow-up
`comments as a result of the inspection. Any concerns identified during the inspection were
`discussed with the Independent Consultant (IC) and should be included in the Consultant’s
`Safety Inspection Report (CSIR) due December 1, 2021.
