`We received your April 25, 2017 filing containing the plan and schedule for
`installing a sign in conformance with Part 8.2(a) of the Commission’s regulations at the
`river overlook/boat launch facility at the Sewalls development. This item was noted
`during my 2016 Environmental Inspection of the Black River project. Your filing states
`that the sign will be designed and installed by August 1, 2017.
`
`Your schedule is acceptable. Within 15 days of the date of installation please
`provide this office with confirming photographs of sign installation. If you have any
