`Pursuant to Order on Rehearing issued March 14, 1997, the licensee is required to annually file in
`accordance with the Commission’s Uniform System of Accounts, a statement of the amount of money the
`licensee will contribute to the Black River Fund for the following year.
`
`This letter is to inform the Commission that the licensee, Erie Boulevard Hydropower, LP (Erie), will
`contribute $4,000 to the Black River Fund during calendar year 2023.
`
