`Dear Mr. Gates:

`Based on our project review, it was noted that the Dam Safety and Surveillance
`Monitoring Report (DSSMR) for calendar year 2017 required to be submitted by March
`31, 2018 has not been submitted to date for the referenced projects. In accordance with
`Chapter 14 of the FERC Engineering Guidelines, please submit the 2017 and 2018
`DSSMR by March 1, 2019.

`Please note that the DSSMR should follow the outline/format contained in Chapter
`14 Appendix J & K of the FERC Engineering Guidelines. For your reference a link to
`this report requirement is provided below.
