`Neenah Paper (Co-licensee), on behalf of North East Wisconsin Hydro, LLC (Co-licensee) is
`submitting the Licensees DSSMRfor its Appleton Middle Dam Project. The plan and accompanying
`report have been prepared in accordance with the Commissions dam safety guidelines.
`
`No changes to DSSMP were madeafter a thorough review. The DSSMR contains a complete reprint
`of the document portions with the mostcurrent information regarding the project. The headwater
`level data is submitted as a separatefile in Excel Form.
`
`An internal inspection of the project was performed in 2021 and 2022. The results of the
`inspections are included in Appendix A of the DSSMR.
`
`The next DSSMR will be filed by June 1, 2024.
`
