`NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME

`On July 8, 2022, ISO New England Inc. (ISO-NE), New England Hydro-
`Transmission Electric Company, Inc., New England Hydro-Transmission Corporation,
`New England Electric Transmission Corporation, Vermont Electric Transmission
`Company, and entities that provide transmission service under Schedule 20A to the ISO-
`NE regional tariff (Schedule 20A Service Providers)1 (collectively, Filing Parties) jointly
`filed a motion for an extension of time, from July 12, 2022, to July 22, 2022, to submit a
`filing to comply with the Commission’s Order No. 8812 for certain high-voltage direct
`current (HVDC) transmission facilities connecting Quebec and New England.3 Filing
`Parties argue that good cause exists to grant the extension of time as an extension will
`allow ISO-NE and the Schedule 20A Service Providers to finalize the Order No. 881
`compliance filing for regional network service and local service under the ISO-NE Open
`Access Transmission Tariff over most of the transmission facilities in the New England
`region by the due date in Order No. 881, i.e., by July 12, 2022, while permitting Filing
`Parties to take an additional 10 days to complete a separate compliance filing for the

`Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that Filing Parties’ requested extension
`of time is granted, and the deadline for submitting their compliance filing to Order No.
`881 for the HVDC transmission facilities is extended to and including July 22, 2022.
