`Basis for Intervening:
`Entergy Services, LLC (âEntergy Servicesâ), on behalf of Entergy Arkansas,
`LLC, Entergy Louisiana, LLC, Entergy Mississippi, LLC, Entergy New Orleans, LLC,
`and Entergy Texas, Inc. (collectively the "Entergy Operating Companies"), moves
`to intervene in this proceeding. Entergy Services is a service company
`affiliate of the Entergy Operating Companies and acts as their agent with
`respect to certain actions, including proceedings at the Federal Energy
`Regulatory Commission (âCommissionâ). The Entergy Operating Companies own
`transmission and generation assets and participate in Commission proceedings.

`On March 17, 2021, in Docket No. RM21-15-000, Center for Biological Diversity
`submitted a Petition for Rulemaking requesting that the Commission amend the
`Uniform System of Accounts to move Industry Association Dues from Account 930.2
`to Account 426. Entergy Services has a substantial interest in this proceeding,
`which cannot be represented adequately by any other party. Entergy Servicesâ
`participation in this proceeding, on behalf of the Entergy Operating Companies,
`is in the public interest.
