`Southern California Gas Company ( SoCalGas ) hereby submits its motion to
`intervene. SoCalGas has a direct interest in the subject proceeding as a
`shipper on the El Paso Natural Gas Company, LLC system. SoCalGas has a
`substantial interest in, and will be directly affected by, the outcome of this
`proceeding. No other party can adequately represent SoCalGas s interests.
`
`SoCalGas requests intervention so that it may appropriately represent its
`interests as circumstances warrant in this proceeding. SoCalGas requests the
`right to participate fully as a party in any conference, hearings, or other
`proceedings which may be convened within.
