`This matter is before the Court on a status review. On April 28, 2016, this Court
`
`entered a Related Case Order and Notice of Designation Report (Doc. 6). This Order
`
`states that the parties shall conduct a case management conference no later than 45
`
`days after service or appearance of any defendant, and file the Case Management Report
`
`within seven (7) days of the meeting regardless of the pendency of any undecided motion.
`
`To date, the parties have failed to file a joint Case Management Report as required.
`
`Accordingly, it is
`
`ORDERED that the parties are to SHOW CAUSE by written response no later than
`
`November 10, 2016 why this case should not be dismissed for failure to file a joint Case
`
`Management Report.
`
`The Court notes that this is the sixth show cause order for failure to file a joint case
`
`management report entered in a Lighting Science case where Mr. Warzecha is
`
`representing the Plaintiff. (See 6:16-cv-677 (Doc 33 on July 21, 2016); 6:16-cv-681 (Doc

`The Notice of Designation of Track (Doc 6) is very clear. It states that the parties
`
`shall conduct a case management conference no later than 45 days after service or
`
`appearance of any defendant. The Case Management Report (“Report”) must be filed
`
`within seven (7) days of the case management conference. Doing the math, the joint case
`
`management report is due 52 days after the earlier of service of process on any
`
`defendant; or the appearance of any defendant. Counsel is advised that continued
`
`failure to comply with the Court’s orders will result in sanctions being imposed.
`
