`On 12/22/23, at 1241, Ofc. B.J Farrell #84186 was dispatched to 3000 Dunn Ave Unit 67 (The Flower Pot) in reference to a violation
`of injunction.
`
`On 01/10/24, the warrant was signed and activated by Judge R. Peoples-Waters.
`
`On 02/16/2024, at 2215 hours, | responded to 1536 Louisiana Street in reference to locating lesha Holmes.
`
`Uponarrival, | made contact with leasha Holmes (suspect) and was taken into custody.
`
`The arrest warrantaffidavit stated, “I, your affiant, have been employed with the Jacksonville Sheriffs Office as a Police Officer
`for approximately 2 years. On 12/22/23, at 1241, | was dispatched to 3000 Dunn Ave Unit 67 (The Flower Pot) in reference to a
`violation of injunction. Uponarrival, | met with BA (victim) who advised he has aninjunction for protection against stalking that
`wasactive against Aisha Holmes AKA lesha Holmes(suspect). The victim said the suspect wasat his place of employment
`attempting to drop off a packagefor him. He also advised the suspect had texted him numeroustimes from different phone
`numbers. These messagesinclude explicit photos as well as messages saying his motheris "playinglittle police games", andail
`she wanted to do was dropoff a Christmas presentoff for him. In the text messages, the suspectstates her full name and which
`numbers he can reachherat.| verified the injunction was served and active (16-2023-DR-002436-DVXX-MA/ Control#1683612).
`The victim's mother, Melinda Hicks (witness), advised she is the ownerof the abovelisted business wherethe victim works. She
`said the suspect had a package delivered to the business yesterday (12/21/23) for the victim. She then showed a boxfull of
`miscellaneousfood,a drink, and a stuffed animal. Amongstthe items was a USPS envelopethat had the suspects nameonit that
`was attempted to be scribbled out with a red marker. The witness said that an individual entered the store today to deliver
`another packageto the victim. She asked whothe package wasfrom, and the unknown malesaid it was from the womanin his
`vehicle. The witness then walked outside and took a video recording of the suspectin the vehicle in the parking lot outside of the
`victim's place of employment. In the video, the witness says, "he has a restraining order against you" and the suspectreplies
`that the restraining order "is over with. It was over six months ago.” The victim emailed me a copyofthe video, along with screen
`shots of texts he received from the suspect. These images and video were burned onto a DVD (prop 1) and placed in the property
`room as evidence.Theinjunction states that the suspectis to have no contact with the victim and also not go within 500 feet of
`the victim's place of employment.”
