`The State of Florida, by and through the undersigned Assistant State Attorney, pursuant to
`
`Rules 3.131(d) and 3.131(f), Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, and Section 903.046, Florida Statutes,
`
`requests this Honorable Court to revoke bond in the above-styled cause.
`
`In supportof this Motion, the State
`
`would show asfollows:
`
`1. The Defendant has been charged by Information with one count of Possession of a Firearm
`as 2TE ©our to Have Committed a Felony Act. The Defendantis currently
`a documented gang member,pursuantto Florida Statute 874, of the criminal gang “6-Block.”
`
`The Defendantfaces 30 years in Florida State Prison pursuantto Florida Statute 874.04, as
`
`the offense is charged as being committed for the purpose of benefiting, promoting, or
`
`furthering the interests of a criminal gang.
`
`The Defendant hasa prior firearm-related offense. On June 14, 2016, the Defendantpled
`
`guilty to Carrying a Concealed Firearm. HeiE sentenced toa
`High-Risk commitmentfacilityPF
`On January 12, 2021, this Honorable Court entered an order requiring that the Defendant
`
`wear a GPS Electronic Monitoring Device as part of his pretrial-release conditions. The
`
`JSO CTC Program appointed to monitor the Defendant verified that the Defendant’s
`
`GSP monitoring condition limits the Defendant to in-county travel only.
`
`On May 14, 2021, the Defendant, through his counsel, filed Motion to Allow Defendant to
`
`Travel, hereinafter “Motion.”
`

`5. Defendant’s Motion stated that, “Defendant has upcoming scheduled performancesthat he is
`
`contractually obligated to attend.” However, the contractual paperwork supplementing the
`
`Motion in the Defendant’s Exhibit 1 does not contractually bind the Defendant to publicly
`
`perform “content”or to specifically travel to or attend performances.
`
`6. The website links at the bottom of Exhibit 2 in the Defendant’s Motion, characterized as
`
`“proof of artist earnings and statement,” reported the total monthly earnings that the
`
`Defendant hasreceived have averagedto only approximately $156.52 per month.
`
`7. On May 17, 2021, this Honorable Court granted the Defendant’s Motion, thereby allowing the
`
`Defendantout-of-county travel to the following locations, during the following dates:

`8. On July 6, 2021, the State Attorney’s Office was notified by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office
`
`that
`
`the Defendant had travelled to Los Angeles, California. The Defendant's GPS
`
`monitoring data showedthat on June 15, 2021, the Defendanttraveled from Jacksonville, FL,
`
`to Charlotte, NC and then to Los Angeles, CA. The Defendant returned from Los Angeles,
`
`CA to Jacksonville, FL on June 19, 2021. The Defendant then traveled to Winter Haven,
`
`FL and Lakeland, FL later that same date before returning to Jacksonville, FL on June 20,
`
`2021.
`
`Corrections Lieutenant A. D. Fleming of the Jacksonville Sheriffs Office’s
`
`Security/Services Unit of the Community Transition Center provided the photographsin
`
`State’s Exhibits A-H (attached).
`
`9. The YouTubevideo: https:/Awww.youtube.com/watch?v=5pJqk96FxXAM&t=2352s was
`
`filmed by a YouTube subscriber located in Los Angeles, California. The videotitle is
`
`“FULL Livestream with Foolio & Adin Ross PART 2 — [6/18/21].” The video was uploaded
`
`to YouTube on June 19, 2021.
`
`In the video, the Defendant displays and discusses his
`

`GPS Monitoring Device at approximately 20:10. The Defendant is observedrolling a
`
`cannabis cigarette at approximately 39:55. The Defendant is observed smoking the
`
`cannabis cigarette at approximately 51:10. Also during the video, fellow gang member
`
`Charles Jones, aka “Foolio,” discusses an upcoming tour location consist with 2021
`
`events.
`
`(The State of Florida also has an electronic copyofthis video).
`
`WHEREFORE, due to the nature of the Defendant’s current charges and the Defendant's
`
`noncompliance with this Court’s order by traveling to a location that violates the pre-trial release provisions
`
`of his GPS monitoring device, the State of Florida respectfully requests that this Honorable Court revoke
`
`bond in this case.
